Muted Green Paint Colors for the Timeless Home

A muted green is a paint color that is green, but also has a lot of undertones in it that give it a more neutral look.

Muted green paint colors are very popular right now, but also have a timeless appeal because they aren’t too green.

Many blend gray and beige into a green base to create a soft, inviting paint color that feels fresh and almost neutral.

Other muted greens carry blue undertones and create a soothing, spa like atmosphere.

While most people think of light shades when they hear muted green, it can also mean a darker shade that straddles the line between a green and a neutral.

If you are looking for a timeless, muted green paint color, check out these gorgeous shades from Sherwin Williams and Benjamin Moore.
